The How to Start a Business: Business Registration and Legal Strategies workshop, participants can learn about the policies and procedures regarding the legal requirements in registering a business.  Also, participants will have an opportunity to learn how they can use these laws to protect and improve their business.

About the Speaker:


The speaker, Atty. Marie Joy M. Payumo-Salgado, is currently the Dean of the College of Law of St. Mary’ University in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. She is also the Legal Counsel and the Corporate Secretary of the Board of Trustees of St. Mary’s University. She was a former Senior Partner of MENDOZA, PADILLA AND PAYUMO LAW OFFICE which handles civil and criminal cases and was a Lecturer of Constitutional Law and Legal Studies at St. Louis University in Baguio City. She finished her Masters of Laws (LL.M) at the University of Melbourne, in Victoria, Australia and has completed academic requirements and public lecture for Master in Educational Management (MA E.M.). She took her Bachelor of Laws at St. Louis University.
