Our family loves food! We love to cooking and eating at home but we love eating out too. However, as a growing family, eating out can be super expensive. That’s why we have to be very choosy about when to eat out and where. Plus, we’re always on the lookout for good deals.
Good thing I recently discovered the Gourmet Society Card!
Gourmet Society Philippines aims to simplify restaurant privileges by giving its members 20% off their bill at over 200 partner restaurants in Metro Manila. As a member, all you have to do is present your Gourmet Society card when paying your bill in order to get their discount, eliminating the need for printing coupons or the need for scanning QR codes. You can avail of discounts without minimum spend and use the card as many times as you want.
Gourmet Society is offering its membership card for a price of PHP 1,999.00, offering discounts for one year at over 200 restaurants. Partner restaurants include popular chains such as Brothers Burger, Burgoo, Ganso Shabuway and Mrs. Fields. In addition, independent restaurants such as One Way Restaurant, Corner Tree Café, Bondi & Bourke, Restaurante Pia Y Damaso, and the acclaimed My Kitchen By Chef Chris are also part of Gourmet Society. There are also some gastropubs and bars such as celebrity owned The Hungry Hound and Niner Ichi Nana.
Members just have to present their Gourmet Society card to avail of the discount, but aside from this, it is also possible to display a digital card on the Gourmet Society app, which is available for the iPhone on the App Store and Android on the Google Play Store.
The app allows you to explore restaurants in a specific area.
Clicking on a specific restaurant will give you a page dedicated to it’s own profile.
You can likewise keep track of the restaurants you’ve visited via the “Been Here” button, and bookmark your favorite restaurants with the “Favorite” button. Further, you can conveniently read up about restaurants and find your way to them via directions and maps features.

You can even create your own profile.

I loveMy Kitchen by Chef Chris. I like the ambiance of the restaurant. Despite being in a very busy part of the Metro, there’s a quiet spot where people can converse and enjoy a great meal.
