I’ve been blogging here for almost seven years already and it has contributed so much to my life. Lately, however, I’ve been feeling the urge to do more in terms of furthering my online presence. I think this was brought on by how much fun I’ve been having stalking other planner addicts like myself on Instagram and YouTube. Haha!

Anyway, this planner obsession of mine is what brought me to the decision to start vlogging officially. I’ve had my YouTube account for years but have only uploaded short random videos there. This time, I feel it’s time to branch out from this blog and try vlogging too. So, yes, I’m officially on YouTube! I say “officially” because I now plan on using the platform to not just stalk other people’s videos but to publish my own too, for real this time.

I already started last week when I filmed, edited and published a planner-related video featuring my planner sticker haul from Function Stickers. Do check it out below.

Then this week, I followed it up with another sticker haul video featuring planner stickers from Kreative Kat Prints.

Let me just clarify though that not all of my videos will be about sticker hauls or planner stuff, for that matter. While a bulk of it will be about those things (because I want to publish the things I’m passionate about, which is what I do in this blog too), I will also vlog about other things, such as homeschooling, trips, events, reviews and the like. So, I hope you guys subscribe to my channel!

I also decided to blog about this latest move of mine to encourage myself to hold myself accountable. Haha! That’s because I’ve realize that vlogging is so hard and time consuming! During those times when I will undoubtedly feel tired doing it, I have to remember that it’s also fun and that it will get easier in time once I get the hang of it.

I have so much to learn about vlogging and about YouTube though. So, if any of you reading this are vlogging experts, do let me know and leave me some tips on the comments section below. I will really appreciate it.

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy watching my videos. Don’t forget to give me a thumbs up if you liked watching them. Thanks!

  1. True. Vlogging is really time consuming, I actually tried it and wasn’t satisfy with my edits. I really need to learn more on video effects, and how to make it look more professional. Anyway, Congrats for a job well done!

  2. Subscribed to your channel. I also have YouTube channel but I don’t do vlogging, hindi ko pa carry. I just share travel videos so I have something to watch to reminisce our travel trips. πŸ™‚

  3. I love watching on youtube. I would love to have my own channel but I can only think of how hard it is to edit the videos and share it. Naku, baka masiraan ako ng bait sa tindi ng pasensyang kailangan hahaha

  4. Good on you, Janice! Congratulations and I’ve seen your vids, they are nicely done. Looking forward to seeing more sticker vids esp that you’ve made it official. Wish I can do this on my own but nah, I decided to leave the videos to my son and just add a vid here and there for some blogs. πŸ˜‰

    1. Thanks, May! It’s actually a lot of work. Haha! That’s why my first several videos are all planner-related. At least I was filming something I’m really passionate about. But I also plan on posting non-planner related stuff.
