  1. Cook pasta as directed. Drain. Pour a little olive oil and set aside.
  2. Cook the meat in the pressure cooker. When cooked, put the meat on a plate and sprinkle over with flour. Toss to coat. Keep the beef stock and set it aside.
  3. Melt butter with olive oil in a pot. Sear meat over high heat in batches. Remove when brown and set aside.
  4. On the same pot, saute shallots and garlic for 2 minutes over medium-low heat. Add the carrots and cook for 2 minutes. Add peas and mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour in wine and beef stock. Add beef cubes if needed. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add the meat back into the pot and add thyme. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Add Jolly Cream of Mushroom and allow to cook and thicken for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and let the stew sit for 15 minutes before serving.
