It’s You – My Hubby’s Song

Kai loves to sing and play the guitar. In fact, he’s written more than a few songs over the years and has joined several bands and choirs as well. Our love for music is something we have in common as I also love to sing and was actually part of our high school glee club at some point. One of the things that Kai and I love to do sometimes is videoke. We love to sing our hearts out, no matter how cheesy the songs are. 

In honor of Kai and Valentine’s Day, I’d like to share a song that Kai wrote for me almost three years ago now, back when we first became a couple. He wrote it at a Red Ribbon in Greenhills while waiting for me to finish from my MBA class. I thought it was really, really sweet how he thought of me the way he did back then. I guess, he just saw ME the way nobody else did and that convinced me that he and I are just meant to be together. Here’s his original composition, entitled “It’s You”.
