The Girls Talk theme for today is Last Song Syndrome. The song that’s been in my head for the past month is actually the song I sing to Ziggy every morning. It started on his first day home and we went out to get him some sun. This song was also one of Zoe and Ziya’s favorites when they were younger. Now they usually join me in singing this to Ziggy. The song is called Mr. Sun from the TV series, Barney.

For some reason I was singing the peanut butter and jelly song the other day. My youngest is 15 so I don’t know why it popped into my head. he sure doesn’t watch barney anymore.

hahaha! i always sing this song when my kids were toddlers..
hee hee. it shows when you’re already a mom. we have kids’ songs stuck on our brains more often than not. LOL. my kid does not watch barney very often, but knows some of the songs (including this) by heart 🙂
