It’s Ziggy’s week 13 and it was one exciting week as we celebrated his 3rd month birthday last May 28. Ziggy’s getting bigger and stronger everyday and learning to do so many things that it’s getting to be more fun interacting with him. Oh, we think he’s going to be one talkative baby. He just loves to “talk”. Maybe it’s because we all talk to him a lot so he responds a lot too with his coos, aahhs, squeals, etc. It’s so cute! He’s been laughing more now too. Aside from that, I also noticed that Ziggy has started playing with his hair when he’s trying to fall asleep. I don’t know why he does it, though, but I find it cute and interesting. Ziggy has also started to learn to suck his hands, which we are not encouraging him to do. We just gently take his hand away from his mouth because we don’t want him to thumbsuck. He already uses a pacifier anyway, which is already against his pediatrician’s orders, but unfortunately, sometimes it’s the only thing that can calm him down.
Here are Ziggy’s Week 13 photos.
This Day 85 photo was taken while Ziggy was playing with Daddy Kai. You can’t see it in the photo but Ziggy’s actually sitting on Daddy’s tummy.
His Day 86 photo is a sleeping photo.
On Day 87 I took a photo of Ziggy during his tummy time, which as you can see did not go too well. He gets cranky when tummy time takes too long. Normally, he can only endure it for a couple of minutes.
On Day 88, I wanted to take a sitting photo. We started to prop pillows behind his back while he’s in bed, so as to practice sitting. He’s starting to hate lying down for too long when he’s awake. He likes to see and explore more of the world and so I think that’s why he’s happier sitting down now.
For Day 89, I wanted to capture a drool moment. Oh yes, Ziggy’s a major drool machine now. He drools every few seconds! I love this pic!
On Day 90 we celebrated Ziggy’s 3rd month birthday. We bought three cupcakes and placed a candle on each of them. Of course, he didn’t get to eat them. His mom and sisters did, though!
Day 91 is another sitting photo, this time on his high chair, which he loves so much.
Ziggy’s getting to be so big, it already hurts my arms and back when I carry him for long periods of time. He’s bigger than your typical 3 month old. People have started calling him a giant baby, which I really don’t mind. I know he’ll lose weight as soon as he starts walking and running around. For now, I’m just enjoying my cutie baby bear!
