Oh, I just realized last night that I’m about six weeks delayed in my Project Yearbook posts, which is where I post about updates on baby Ziggy’s developments. Yikes! I am planning to take the next couple of days to post those updates already but I couldn’t wait until then to post yet another one of Ziggy’s firsts – his first Halloween!
We’ve been looking forward to this for months and I’ve been scouting around for the perfect Halloween costume for Ziggy. I saw a costume for a tiger online and was planning on buying already. However, Daddy Kai reminded me that Ziggy will only be able to wear it once and so it’s not really worth it to spend so much on a new costume. So, we decided to just use the little devil costume that was handed down to Ziggy. It was originally worn by his cousin, Rocky. Oh, Ziggy was so adorable in his costume. He’s just the cutest little devil, if I do say so myself!

So, the next dilemma was where to celebrate Halloween. Of course, Zoe and Ziya wanted to go trick or treating and so I looked for places where we can do that as well as some other fun activities. I was really glad to find out about the Halloween event at the Pergola Mall. Zoe and Ziya were not able to join the Cupcake Decorating Contest anymore but they were able to participate in the trick or treat. Oh my, there were a lot of kids running around in the mall, going from one store to the next. It was chaos!

We were also able to watch the Bubble Show afterwards. It was interesting and I am actually considering having the same for Ziggy’s first birthday party in a few months.
It was definitely a fun Halloween! Now, it’s time to figure out how to finish eating all those candies.
