How To Add Functionality To Your Email Signatures

Lately I’ve been putting a lot of effort into improving Roller Coaster Ride because I think it’s time to take it to the next level. I’ve already done some changes with the blog and so far, my efforts have been paying off. I’m really happy about that. I realized that in order to take Roller Coaster Ride to the next level, I really have to manage it the way I would any other business – professionally.

With that in mind, one of the things I decided to do was to improve how I present myself thru my emails. I’ve been receiving more communication from readers as well as potential clients thru my email. I have always responded to emails professionally. However, I did notice that my email signature wasn’t exactly professional looking. So I decided to change it. Luckily, I came across WiseStamp.

WiseStamp is an app that enables you to create not only a professional-looking email signatures but also to add functionality to it. Not only can you customize it with different kinds of fonts, colors, sizes and images, you can also add your social media profiles such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and many more. You name it, they have it. How cool is that? As if those weren’t enough, you can also add your image, logo, and even your personal feeds (RSS). Wow, right? These are super important features for me because it allows more people to instantly connect with me and my blog. 

If you think it’s too much work to customize an email signature, don’t fret. WiseStamp is easy and fast to download. For me, I use Google Chrome and after I downloaded WiseStamp, it just left a very accessible icon on the toolbar. Just click it and customize your email signature according to your preference. It will automatically link your email signature to your email. Easy peasy! It can work on Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, AOL and more. You can also get it for free but of course if you want access to more features, you’d have to shell out something.
