Thursday Inspirations: Paths

For today’s Thursday Inspirations, I chose a quote that involves the paths we choose in life. 

I can relate to this quote because I have always felt like the paths I’ve taken in my life were not exactly straight and smooth-sailing. Oftentimes, they were long, bumpy, chaotic and complicated. My life was definitely not boring. It has been more like a telenovela. I wouldn’t wish anybody to experience the long and hard paths I’ve taken. 

However, this quote reminds me that everything happens for a reason. I know that everything I have gone thru were all in preparation for the life that I have now, which is still not exactly smooth-sailing but is definitely less bumpy and less chaotic. All the heartaches and growing pains have made me the person I am now. I have been through so many road blocks, crossroads and turning points in my life journey. I am proud to say that I  have survived all that. The challenges and problems I’ve encountered in the past taught me lessons that has led me to live a better life with the people that mean the most to me. I didn’t actually think I’d make it here but I have. I learned that it’s all about patience, perseverance, positivity and trust in God. Just know in your heart that there is light at the end of the tunnel. You’ll soon get there.
