There is this parenting event happening this weekend wherein I was invited to go. Let me share it with you.
The organizer of this event is Creative Juice. I am very excited to attend this on Sunday, August 26, 2012, at the Trinoma Activity Center from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is actually an event of Philips AVENT and is called From Pregnancy To Playground. I’m sure you moms out there have already used or at least heard of AVENT baby products.
The event will feature different booths, exhibits and other pocket events for moms and their families to enjoy and learn from. It will have three areas featuring a variety of activities celebrating the different stages of motherhood: Baby Bump for pregnant moms, New Baby for moms with young children up to 18 months, and Growing Baby for mothers with toddlers such as coloring contests, magic shows, makeovers belly cast and pregnancy portrait exhibit. I’m excited to have fun with my toddler, Ziggy, during this event. I’m sure he’ll love these activities.
There will also be a Mom’s Best Choice Exhibit. Philips AVENT products will be displayed with relevant product information throughout the day.
What I am really excited about though, are the various talks from experts such as childbirth educator Lin Fernando of Philippine Association for Childbirth Education, baby sign language instructor Jaymie Pizarro, breastfeeding consultant Dra. Pat Kho, and Philips Avent Brand Ambassador Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan.

Further, don’t forget to see the first Belly Cast Exhibit during the event as well. It will be really cool to see the work of Belly cast artist, Mimsy Jundis, as well as pregnancy portraits by Stan Ong Photography.
