I’ve been complaining of the heat for weeks. It finally rained a couple of days ago but it was really more like a drizzle. I don’t know why it was raining cats and dogs in the nearby cities but not so much here. Sucks to be me right now. I can’t believe I’m actually saying this but part of me wishes the summer to be over!
Anyway, how can one maintain having long hair in this type of weather? It was truly a pain having to put my hair up all the time because leaving it down just makes me sweat so much. It was bothersome to say the least and so I decided it was time for a change. So, I went to the salon today and had my long hair cut……tada!!!! How do I look?
I think the last time I had my hair cut this short was 10 years ago when Zoe and Ziya were just babies. After that, the shortest my hair has been was up to the cheek level only. I am loving the fact that my head feels lighter and that I don’t have to use so much shampoo anymore! Ahhhh, short hair bliss! I can’t say that the hubby is too happy, though. He just loves my hair long but told me to have it cut however I want, so I did. Haha!
