Last November 16, I had the pleasure of attending Blogapalooza 2013 held at the SMX at SM Aura. I had heard of Blogapalooza before but this was the first time that I got to join. Boy, I’m glad I did.

I’ve been blogging for three years now and have been fortunate enough to have been able to work with several brands already. I find it really fun and exciting working with these brands and I’m hoping that I’d be able to work with more in the future. That is mainly the reason why I joined Blogapalooza. The event is all about matching brands with bloggers and so it was the perfect venue for me to mingle not only with fellow bloggers but of course, the brands as well.

There were a lot of informative and inspirational talks throughout the day, as well as giveaways, contests, food and freebies. However, I concentrated on visiting the various booths because I really wanted to get to know the brands and discover how I can potentially form partnerships with them. I visited almost ALL of the booths. They are as follows: Bounty Fresh Chooks to Go, The Mind Museum, Grab Taxi, View Park Hotel Tagaytay, Tempura Japanese Grill, Chef’s Noodle, Karate Kid, Flavours of China, Ambient Digital, Wheatgrass, Lazer Xtreme, Lula Nails & Dry Bar, Gurkka.com, Megaworld, Gavino’s, Richprime Sales Inc. (Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fischer Price etc), Figaro, Plato Wraps, BYS Cosmetics and Enjoy Philippines.

It was so much fun visiting the booths. Most of the time I was with my friend and fellow blogger, Angeli of The Soapbox Filipina. Our arms ended up with so many lootbags!

Also fun was trying out the different stuff that the brands prepared for the bloggers to try. I actually won free dance classes from Megaworld and a tumbler from Ambient Digital. I actually also tried this game from Grab Taxi but unfortunately, I totally sucked at it!

The last thing I did was get a manicure from Lulu Nails & Dry Bar. I haven’t had a manicure for so long so I didn’t really mind the long wait. Haha! I just love my dark purple nails! Thank you, Lulu Nails!

It was definitely an experience worth having. I am so excited to partner with at least some of the brands that were at the event. I can hardly wait for next year’s Blogapalooza!

  1. Sayang I didn’t see you there! I think I left early or sadyang dami tao? I like the nails too. Hindi ko na nahintay dahil super haba ang line skanila. I had to go home early din.
