I explored Lamido recently as a buyer though. So let me share with you the process you have to go through to make a purchase. The first thing you have to do is to register. Just click “Login” and it will give you the option to login to your account or to create one. It will then lead you to this page. Just fill in the necessary details to create your account.

Once you are logged in, you’ll see your dashboard, which looks like this.

As you can see, you have access here to all the information you need about your account. If you’re a seller, you can see your sales and your listings. As a buyer, you can see all your purchases. Ratings and feedback are also shown here.

The steps are all very easy to follow for both options. So, it really depends on the buyer which payment option to choose.

Browsing for products is also made easy by Lamido. You can browse by category. Based on this first experience I had though, it can take a few days before you receive a confirmation. I tried ordering last Friday and I only received the confirmation three days after, on Monday. If you’re not in a hurry to receive your product, this should be okay.

I can say that shopping at Lamido is easy and convenient. I like that they have varied payment options and that they have considered the safety of their customers’ money. If there’s anything I would like to improve on, it would be on the processing time for order confirmation and delivery. I know some people would prefer these to have a shorter time frame.
