Top 5 Picks In My Grocery Bags This Week

Today was grocery day. Since the girls didn’t have classes today because of the class suspension brought about by the monsoon rains, the hubby and I took all three of the kids with us. While we were filling our cart with our usual grocery items, as well as some new ones we wanted to try, I thought it would be nice to share with you what my top 5 picks are from our grocery bags today. Here they are:

This is not the first time we bought Fruity Yogu. The first time was at the SM Department store months ago. I wasn’t planning on buying it at all. We were already at the counter when we were told we still have some credit left on the gift certificates we were using. The snack shelves were nearby and I just grabbed the Fruity Yogu when I saw it. Good thing I did because the girls ended up loving it. Fruity Yogu is an individually packed gelatin snack made of fruits and yogurt. It comes in various fruity flavors, which the girls love. So, when they saw it again at the grocery today, we just had to get it, of course. 

I grew up loving Hansel Mocha Sandwich. The girls also used to love the milk flavor but grew tired of it eventually. I chanced upon this Premium Cheese Sandwich when my mother-in-law sent us a box months ago. I wasn’t expecting it to be yummy but it is. I got quite addicted to it that I just have to buy at least one box every time we go to the grocery. It’s my late night snack of choice. I know, it probably does nothing for my health but I deserve a little treat, right?

The plain version of this snack used to be one of the girls’ favorites as well. The hubby prefers the spicy version, which I also like. However, when they came out with this Corn Cheese flavor, it became one of my favorite snacks as well. The girls love it. Aside from the taste, it’s just a really light snack that has 0% cholesterol and is baked, not fried. 

I am very big with disinfecting and sanitizing especially when it comes to my kids’ hands. I have become extra vigilant about this recently when Ziggy got sick and the doctor said it could have been because he loves to pick up random stuff from the floor and put in his mouth. I know, yuck! He also loves to play on the floor and touch almost anything. Unless I can watch him every second of the day (and even if I do), he will get germs on his hands all the time. The only thing I can do is wash his hands as often as possible or spray them with a sanitizer such as this. I LOVE Human Nature products. We use a lot of them at home but we are just trying this sanitizer for the first time. There are three variants but I chose the Juicy Burst scent because it’s not overpowering. Most importantly, it’s made from all natural ingredients so I’m sure it’s safe for Ziggy to use. Goodbye to alcohol-based sanitizers!

Here’s another Human Nature product. I told you I love them! For the past several months I was using the Human Nature Balancing Facial Wash but when I saw this new product I just had to try it too. Oh, I’m so glad I did. Of course, it’s also 100% natural and even has real strawberry seeds. I love strawberries! The scent of this scrub is very strawberry-like that you will almost feel like eating it. Haha! Also, I love that my face feels so clean after using it. It doesn’t leave the face dry at all. Love it!
