You see, I consider this blog my baby. It might be of lesser priority compared to my real-life babies a.k.a. my three kids and hubby, but it’s still very important to me. This blog has been with me for almost three years now, starting when I had to resign from my job because of a delicate third pregnancy. Not only did this blog help me chronicle my new life as a stay-at-home mom (then work-at-home mom, eventually) it also helped me gain more mom friends in real life and virtually as well. Plus, this blog also became the starting point of my writing, VA and social media career. I owe a LOT to this blog.
So, even if I’m really busy with my family and WAHM career right now, I still try to blog at least once or twice a week. I am constantly thinking of ways to improve Roller Coaster Ride and that’s the main reason why I keep joining blogging workshops. One of the best ways that I thought of was to migrate this blog from a free platform to a more secure one, which is WordPress. Yup, I’m now one of those bloggers who migrated. Haha! Finally! It has actually been a long time coming.
Along with the transfer to WordPress comes changing my domain. My present domain, which is fiveofus.info is not really consistent with my blog name and its brand. So, I’ll be saying goodbye to it as well. Pretty soon, you’ll be seeing Roller Coaster Ride over at it’s new home. www.therollercoasterride.com. It’s more appropriate, right? I am beyond thrilled! 🙂
With this new change, I hope I’ll be able to blog, not exactly more often, but with more intention and passion. I hope to make my new site truly ME, so that I can honestly share my life, my thoughts and my experiences to inspire others and touch more people’s hearts. I totally believe in this quote I saw on Pinterest and this is exactly what I aspire to do.

I know it’s going to take me some time before I get totally accustomed to using WordPress so I hope you’ll bear with me. You might not be able to access this blog for the next couple of days but I hope you’ll return and visit me at my new home soon. For the meantime, there’s always my Facebook page and Twitter.
Wish me luck with the migration, guys! Thanks!
