If ever I would have a chance to live in the U.S. someday, my first choice would be to live in Southern California. I will never forget my trip there in 2007. I loved Santa Monica especially because it’s just by the beach. You get to live in the city that is near the beach. Perfect! And the weather is not too hot and not too cold. Just right! Just beautiful!

Another great thing about Southern California….Rodeo Drive!!!! If you love to shop designer stuff, then this is the place to be.
And another great thing about it is Hollywood! This was taken at the Chinese Theater.
Another fun, fun, fun place to hang out is at the Universal City Walk. The photo below is of the Hard Rock Cafe at the City Walk. The lights at the City Walk at night are just beautiful!

Southern California is beautiful indeed! My hubby and I just moved our family away from Southern California to Western PA, though. I spent 18 years of my life in Southern CA. Something changed when I had kids though. Suddenly it didn’t seem so wonderful…at least not for raising kids. It’s very expensive to live there too. But it’s awesome to visit or go there for a vacation!
