It has been raining cats and dogs here over the past several days. I know some people hate it but I don’t. After experiencing the super intense summer heat, I am so grateful for the rain. Of course, there’s some inconvenience along with that, such as the fact that I have to adjust my laundry schedule, but I really don’t mind. I love that it’s finally cold (most of the time) and that I don’t have to sweat just  for sitting down. I love the rain as long as there’s no typhoon.
Anyway, the start of the rainy season also signals the start of the new school year. Some students have already started school this week. For us, though, not yet. The summer has been super hectic because of the challenge of finding a new school for my girls that will be nearer to where we live. It was a challenge because there aren’t that many options around here that offer good quality education for a good price. Finally, though, I was able to find one! The school is only about ten minutes away from our house if we drive. The kids don’t even have to wake up at the crack of dawn anymore. Yahoo!!!!
Well, we’re actually not ready for school yet. There’s so many things still left to do prepare. Hopefully, we get everything done in time.
