Compare Prices & Get The Best Deals at PricePanda

As a work-at-home mom, I don’t really have much time to spend to go outside and shop. As much as possible, I only go out once a week to do the groceries and make other necessary purchases for the house or for the kids.

Also, shopping these days can be quite a chore because with a limited budget, I can’t just buy whatever I see. I need to go to several stores in order to figure out where I can get the best deals. That can be so time-consuming and tiring too. So, I’m really happy that I can opt to shop online instead or at the very least, do the tedious task of finding the best deals online already before I go to the store and buy.

I used to go to Google for whatever product I plan on purchasing to see how much it costs and where I can buy them. Google is very helpful because it gives you a lot of sites that you can check out. However, I’ve recently discovered that there’s a more convenient way and that is to go directly to this site called PricePanda.

PricePanda is a renowned online price comparison website that is not only available in the Philippines but also in other countries such as Indonesia, Mexico, Argentina, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Columbia and India. Basically, what it does is provide consumers with the latest news and information about a product before they buy it. This gives consumers a faster, more effortless and more convenient way of shopping.

PricePanda Philippines features a lot of different brands of phones, electronics, accessories, clothes, shoes, audio equipment and lots more. They have many partner shops that are also being reviewed so that consumers would know what to expect from them not only in terms of prices but also of services, payment options and the like.

Right now, I’m actually on the market for a new phone. So, I decided to give PricePanda a try. I really want a new smartphone, hopefully a mid-price Samsung phone such as the S3. In order to find out how much it costs now and where I can get the best price, I went to the PricePanda Philippines website. This is what it looks like.

Immediately, you can see the search bar on top of the page so you can just type there whatever brand or product you are looking for. Alternatively, you can go to the tabs, which will give you a drop down of possible product types that you can choose from. You can also check out the sidebar wherein you can choose among Popular Brands, Popular Partners, Popular Keywords or Categories.

I decided to click on the Phones & Electronics tab, then clicked Smartphones and chose Samsung. This is what appeared.

You can see here that there are 232 products under Samsung smartphones. You can choose to browse through them all or if you already have a budget in mind, go to the sidebar wherein you can narrow down the choices based on price.

I decided to click on one of the products there that showed a Samsung S3 Mini and it took me to this page below.

You will automatically see what the best price is. Below is a list of stores that sell the same product and their corresponding selling price. There are also tabs that you can check out if you want to see the Product Overview, Reviews and Specifications.  On the left sidebar, you will also be provided with other product choices just in case you might be interested in them.

I chose to take a look at one of the stores offering the product, the one that offered the best price. All I did was click “Visit Shop” and I was led to the actual website of the company selling the product, which in this case is Expansys.

Now, if you decide to choose and buy this product, you do so from the site of the seller and not from PricePanda. There are some though, who prefer seeing the physical product first before buying and that’s okay too. At least, you’ll already be provided with all the product info, as well as the name of the store, it’s location and contact details.

In case you want to learn more about the store, PricePanda also provides information about them. I clicked the link to another seller, Widget City, and was led to this page.

On the left, you will already see how many stars it was given by the reviewers, where Widget City is located as well as its contact details and a link to their shop. Below that is a short description of the store. Payment and shipping information is already provided.

Oh, and PricePanda has a blog too! They write about the latest news on Tech, Mobile, Software and Gaming, Health and Beauty as well as Promos and Sale Alerts.

It’s so easy, right? Now I know everything I need to know about the product I want to buy. The only thing left for me to do is to decide whether to buy it or not and from where. And I did all that by just a few clicks on PricePanda’s website, all in the comfort of my room. I love how useful it is as well as the fact that PricePanda really takes the time to provide complete information so that buyers can make informed choices.
