It’s my first time to join Miscellany Monday. It seems like a good idea to join now since I have so many random thoughts on my head. So, let me try and clear my head so I can get a good nights’ sleep, shall we?
1) It was so cool to see that Ziggy likes dogs. Since there were a lot of them last weekend at the Bonifacio High Street, we took it as an opportunity for him to actually get near one. We found a really cute one, whose owner was nice enough to have Ziggy pet his dog. It was Ziggy’s first time to pet a dog!
2) I find it so amazing that Ziggy is so obsessed with wheels! He loves all kinds of wheels, even the ones on his stroller. So, when Kai found this ferris wheel toy at Toys’ R Us, he just couldn’t resist. Ziggy loves it! He keeps turning the thing like there’s no tomorrow.
3) Last Saturday, Kai and I took the kids to Newport City Mall at Resorts World Manila. We spent an amazing FOUR hours at Game Zoo. Half that time was spent at their videoke room, which I absolutely love. It’s just so great that all of us love music. Kai and I just love to sing and so does Zoe. Ziya doesn’t like to sing, though. She prefers to just listen because she’s too shy to sing. It was a good thing we were able to convince her to sing at least one song this time.
4) Ziggy’s 1st birthday is already at the end of the month and we have yet to finalize our plans on how to celebrate. We are torn between having the big kiddie party (which is the customary way to celebrate) or a birthday lunch with just close family and friends. We have got to make a decision ASAP!
5) Whatever we decide for Ziggy’s birthday, one thing’s for sure. We are going to have an audio-visual presentation to showcase photos and videos of Ziggy’s first year. Normally, I would just hire someone else to make the AVP. However, since we want to have a personal touch on everything, I decided to do it myself. How I’m going to do that, I still don’t know. Haha! Good luck to me!

6) Now that I am back to being a SAHM, I have started going back to my usual routine. I have to say that I really missed this! I so love being home with my family and just doing the usual boring stuff of taking care of the baby, playing with the baby, cooking, checking my girls’ homework, helping the hubby prepare for work, etc etc etc. If I can do this forever without having to worry if we can afford it or not, I’d be really happy.
